Returns Policy

At OCLE SHOP, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used fragrances.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at oclesrls@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.
Return Process
To request a return:

- Include your order number and reason for the return.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
